UK Delivery 

At The Car Key Shop, we're committed to ensuring that your orders are processed promptly. If you place your order before 3:00pm, we'll make sure it's picked, packed, and dispatched on the same day through your preferred delivery method. Orders received after 3:00pm will be shipped by the next working day at the latest.

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request cleared payment before dispatching your order. We offer a range of convenient delivery options for you to choose from during checkout. If you have any questions or need assistance, we're here to help!

We only provide insurance for Tracked delivery parcels up to a maximum value of £40.00.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse any amount exceeding this limit, regardless of the circumstances. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our friendly team.

We kindly inform you that in case of a missing parcel, Royal Mail's investigation process starts 15 days after the expected delivery date. Hence, The Car Key Shop will be unable to provide replacements for any missing parcels until after this waiting period. Thank you for your understanding.
