Programming needed: every card must be programmed to your car by an experienced auto locksmith, and the emergency blade cut to your locks. Main dealers won't program aftermarket keys. We supply the parts only.

Which card fits my Renault?
Find your model and year in the guide above, then count the buttons on your card. Renault used the same card across several models, so a Clio III uses the Megane II card and a Laguna III uses the Megane III card. Not sure? Send us a photo of your card and we'll confirm the right one before you order.
Does the new card need programming?
Yes. Every card has to be programmed to your car by an experienced auto locksmith, and the emergency blade needs cutting to your locks. Main dealers won't program aftermarket keys, so go to an auto locksmith. We supply the cards and parts only. We don't programme keys.
Is there a key inside the card?
Yes. Each card has a small emergency blade that slides out, so you can open the door if the battery goes flat. It comes uncut and needs cutting to your locks. The profile is shown on each card above (REN7 or VA2).
My car says "card not detected". Do I need a new card?
Not always. Try a new battery first, as a weak battery is the most common cause. The battery type for each card is listed above (CR2025, CR2032 or CR1620). If a new battery doesn't fix it, the card may need replacing.
