Good to know
- Paid in full first All orders must be paid for in full before they can be dispatched or collected.
- Compensation cover Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 cover up to £75. Special Delivery covers up to £750, so choose it for higher-value orders.
- Missing parcels Royal Mail needs at least 7 working days after the due delivery date before a loss claim can be made.
